Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0 Optional toppings (diced bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, etc.)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Step 2

Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each tortilla.

Step 3

Place one tortilla, buttered side down, into the heated skillet.

Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly on top of the tortilla that is in the skillet.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce.

Add 5 slices of pepperoni (or more, if desired) evenly on top of the cheese.

If using optional toppings, sprinkle them over the pepperoni.
