  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray or olive oil.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
