Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 6 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Diced jalapeños (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts in a large skillet over medium heat with the vegetable oil. Season them with taco seasoning and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and shred the chicken using two forks.

Grease a round 9-inch baking dish or casserole pan lightly with oil or cooking spray.

Spread 2 tablespoons of salsa across the bottom of the pan.
