Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized Cucumbers
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1 teaspoon White sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 stalk Green onion

Directions

Step 1

Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and place them in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Sprinkle the cucumbers with 1 teaspoon of salt and toss to coat. Let them sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.

Step 3

While the cucumbers are resting, finely mince the garlic and thinly slice the green onion.

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well to create the dressing.
