Directions

Step 1

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, approximately 1/2 inch, to ensure even cooking.

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Rub this spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
