Ingredients

  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 0.5 large Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives

Directions

Step 1

Wash the cucumber and tomatoes thoroughly under running water.

Step 2

Peel the cucumber (optional) and cut it into bite-sized chunks. Add to a large salad bowl.

Step 3

Chop the tomatoes into wedges or chunks and add them to the bowl with the cucumber.

Peel and thinly slice the red onion into half-moons, then add to the salad bowl.
