Ingredients

  • 4 pieces large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil or butter
  • 0.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 handful spinach, fresh
  • 6 pieces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 pieces avocado, sliced
  • 1 teaspoons hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a medium-sized bowl. Add milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil or butter and let it melt, coating the surface of the pan evenly.

Step 3

Pour half of the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it out into a thin, even layer (like a crepe).

Step 4

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the top is just set and the edges start to loosen from the skillet. Carefully flip with a spatula and cook for another 1 minute.

Step 5

Remove the egg wrap from the skillet and set it on a plate. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture to make the second wrap.

Step 6

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, spinach, cherry tomato halves, and avocado slices over each egg wrap. If you like, drizzle with a bit of hot sauce for extra flavor.

Step 7

Gently roll each wrap or fold it in half to enclose the filling. Serve immediately and enjoy your nutritious egg wraps!
