  • 1 cup, halved Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
