  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons ham, finely diced
  • 0.25 teaspoons paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Fill a medium saucepan with water and gently place the eggs inside. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for 10 minutes.

Peel the eggs carefully and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a medium mixing bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Stir in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Step 6

Add the finely diced ham to the yolk mixture and stir until incorporated.

Step 7

Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the egg white halves with the ham and yolk mixture.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped chives and an additional sprinkle of paprika, if desired.

Step 9

Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
