  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 24 oz Marinara sauce
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 9 sheets No-boil lasagna noodles

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles with a spatula. Add the diced onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is soft, about 3-4 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir the marinara sauce into the skillet with the cooked beef mixture and remove from heat.

In a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
