  • 0.25 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the black beans, black-eyed peas, and sweet corn. Set them aside in a large mixing bowl.

Dice the Roma tomatoes, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion into small, evenly sized pieces. Add them to the mixing bowl with the beans and corn.
