  • 100 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and, using a knife, carefully slice each breast horizontally to create 2 thinner pieces (if the chicken is already thin, you can skip this step).
