Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 0.25 cups Dry white wine
  • 0.25 cups Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Capers, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 slices Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound it to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
