  • 2 cups egg noodles

Directions

Step 1

Dice the onion, peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds, and slice the celery into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery, and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
