  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch each, and set aside in a large mixing bowl.

Wash and dice the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion into similarly sized 1-inch pieces for even cooking.
