Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and set aside.
Core, seed, and slice the bell peppers into thin strips. Slice the onion thinly as well.
In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the fajita seasoning.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
