  • 1 cup Couscous
  • 1.25 cups Boiling water (for couscous)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (for couscous)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (for couscous)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat.
