Ingredients

  • 1 loaf (16 ounces) Frozen bread dough
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons Light corn syrup
  • 1 cup (roughly chopped) Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons (for rolling dough) All-purpose flour

Directions

Step 1

Thaw frozen bread dough according to the package instructions until soft and easy to handle.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 3

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Stir in the brown sugar and light corn syrup until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the caramel layer and set aside.
