  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Crumbled bleu cheese
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
