Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it into small pieces, until fully cooked.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are just tender.
