Ingredients

  • 1 can (approx. 13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for rolling)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch round baking pan.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup until the mixture becomes smooth and slightly bubbly. Remove from heat and pour the caramel mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly.
