Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 24 ounces Jarred marinara sauce
  • 15 ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 9 sheets No-boil lasagna noodles
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.

Step 3

Add the marinara sauce to the skillet with the cooked ground beef and stir to combine. Remove from heat.

Step 4

In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Spread 1/2 cup of the meat sauce evenly over the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
