Directions

Step 1

Begin by dicing the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and black pepper.

In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
