Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter

  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1.5 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the cooked chicken breast and set aside.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
