Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2.25 teaspoons Active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter (for brushing)

Directions

Step 1

Add the warm water, milk, and unsalted butter to the bread machine pan.

Step 2

Crack the egg into the pan, ensuring it is at room temperature for better blending.

Step 3

Add the all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt. Make a small well in the center of the flour and add the active dry yeast. This helps keep the yeast away from any liquid initially.

Place the bread machine pan into the bread machine and select the Dough cycle. Press start.
