Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1

Wash and cut the broccoli into evenly sized florets. For a tender stem, trim the outer skin from the stalks and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
