  • 4 lb Ham
  • 8 slices Fresh pineapple slices
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp Dark rum
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp Ground cloves
  • 0.25 cup Orange juice
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Place the ham in a roasting pan with the cut side facing down.

Step 3

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the dark rum, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, cloves, orange juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
