Ingredients

  • 8 oz Lo mein noodles
  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Bell peppers (red, orange, or yellow), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 4 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

While the noodles cook, thinly slice the chicken breasts into small strips.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and water. Set the sauce mixture aside.
