  • 1 cup Black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Guacamole
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
