  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup canned black beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 0.5 cup salsa

  • 0.25 teaspoons pepper

Directions

Step 1

Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or until soft and pliable.

Heat the cooked white rice in the microwave or on the stovetop until warm.
