Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast
  • 2 Red bell peppers
  • 2 Green bell peppers
  • 1 Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Ranch dressing
  • 12 Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the chicken. Toss to coat evenly and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash and cut the red and green bell peppers into 1-inch pieces. Peel and cut the red onion into similar-sized chunks.
