Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 0.33 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 0.25 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 pieces Ciabatta rolls or thick sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, sliced (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated. Set aside.

Preheat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat.

Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread. The buttered side will be the outside of your panini.
