  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Capers, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 slices Lemon slices

Directions

Step 1

Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound with a meat mallet until about 1/2-inch thick.

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in the seasoned flour and shake off excess.
