  • 4 slices Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 12 Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.

Form the beef mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, slightly larger than your ciabatta rolls since they will shrink during cooking.
