Ingredients

  • 1 Italian hoagie roll
  • 4 slices Salami
  • 4 slices Capicola
  • 6 slices Pepperoni
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 0.25 Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Jarred banana peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the Italian hoagie roll in half lengthwise, leaving one side slightly attached to create a hinge.

On the bottom half of the roll, layer the salami, capicola, and pepperoni slices evenly.

Top the meat with the provolone cheese slices.
