Ingredients

  • 500 grams Broccoli florets

  • 50 milliliters Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut into bite-sized florets. Peel the garlic and finely mince it.

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently until golden and fragrant. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
