Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup raw cashews

Directions

Step 1

Toast the raw cashews in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until lightly golden and fragrant. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
