Ingredients

  • 500 grams Fresh broccoli florets
  • 50 grams Sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 60 milliliters Water

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the broccoli into bite-sized florets if not already prepared.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and toast the sliced almonds for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
