Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Carrot, sliced
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables by cutting the broccoli into florets and slicing the carrot and bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 2

In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
