Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut two large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil or parchment paper, approximately 12x12 inches in size.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss until the broccoli is evenly coated in the seasonings.
