Ingredients

  • 2 large (about 1 pound total) Chicken breasts
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets

  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons, melted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cups (for steaming broccoli) Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
