  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 pound Ground pork
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch them for 2-3 minutes until tender but still bright green. Drain and let them cool. Finely chop the broccoli and set aside.
