Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 slices Cooked bacon
  • 0.5 medium (diced) Red onion
  • 1 cup (shredded) Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
  • 0.25 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 0.75 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the broccoli florets. Chop them into small, bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces and set aside.
