Ingredients

  • 400 grams broccoli
  • 250 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 15 grams fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil and prepare a bowl of ice water for blanching the broccoli.
