  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 500 ml Oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the brinjals thoroughly and slice them evenly into thin rounds, about 2-3mm thick. Ensure the slices remain uniform for even cooking.

In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garlic powder (if using), and salt. Mix well.

Gradually add water to the dry mixture while stirring to form a thick batter. The consistency should coat the back of a spoon without being too runny.
