  • 400 grams pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 200 grams brie cheese (rind removed, cubed)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add the pasta. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta cooks, remove the rind from the brie cheese and cut it into small cubes. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
