Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 150 grams brie cheese
  • 1 medium-sized red bell pepper
  • 1 medium-sized yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Remove the puff pastry sheets from the freezer and let them thaw according to the package instructions.

While the pastry is thawing, prepare the peppers: Slice both the red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips.
