Ingredients

  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Fresh salsa
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Slice each croissant in half horizontally to make a top and bottom layer. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined. Add salt and black pepper, then mix again.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, pour in the whisked eggs.
