  • 8 pieces Egg roll wrappers
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until softly scrambled. Remove from heat.
