Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the russet potato into small cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the potato cubes. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden-brown and tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.
